Client Testimonials

  • “We are all convinced that your coaching made these hires possible!

As we began the hiring process for two new staff, our governing body directed us to work with an equity coach to ensure our process was open, equitable and broad in its scope. The Centre was specifically aware of their need for a more diverse staff team moving into the future. Gitanjali identified the scope of work we needed to do in order to create an equitable process, job descriptions and follow-up for the staff team search. The work from LLS directly affected who applied and whom we hired during our recent searches. Our horizons and our approach broadened because of Gitanjali's guidance, and we were able to hire our first two racially diverse, super-qualified professionals! The coaching we received was invaluable to our approach and the way the staff support committee is now approaching staff team building. We would work with Gitanjali again because she was not afraid to ask the tough questions and to name any biases we might have brought to the searches.”

  • “On behalf of the staff at the Centre for Christian Studies, I would like to express our most sincere thanks for the time, effort, and ideas you've offered us, both to the Search Committee and also to the staff. Your time with us has been beneficial to our own reflection on practices and assumptions. Even after our session ended, we continued to ponder upon some of the questions you gave us and have identified areas where we want to discern further. Our staff wants me to let you know that we appreciate your efforts greatly.”
